Not every person you fall in love with will be the one, and that is okay. Life is about experiences. Some you may love for years, others for a moment. The key is to be able to look back on the memories and not miss them or regret them, but appreciate them. Every day we live, every persons path we cross brings us closer to who we are suppose to be. Nothing is ever in vain and where the fault lies is irrelevant. We are made up of the good, the bad, and the ugly moments. Stories worth telling.
A piece of my heart broke this weekend. But I welcome the task of stitching it back on.
